Retourneren & Terugbetalingen

Wij hanteren een restitutiebeleid van 14 dagen als u van gedachten verandert over uw nieuwe kubus.

Alle retourzendingen moeten in de originele verpakking zijn en mogen niet zijn ingesteld/aangepast/gesmeerd terwijl ze in uw bezit waren.

Als uw kubus beschadigd of kapot aankomt, vergoeden wij de kosten van eventuele nieuwe onderdelen (niet een hele nieuwe kubus). Als u niet zeker weet hoe u uw vervangende onderdelen moet plaatsen, kunnen wij foto's en video-handleidingen hiervoor leveren. Als u zich hier niet prettig bij voelt, bieden wij een betaalde herbouwservice aan.

Pops & Explosions kunnen ook al bij uw eerste oplossing optreden. Wij adviseren u om enkele testbewegingen uit te voeren om er zeker van te zijn dat alles in orde is voordat u volledig Max Park op uw kubus gaat. Wij bieden betaalde herbouwservices aan als u zich niet zeker voelt over het herbouwen van een kubus. Pops & Explosions vallen NIET onder de garantie

Good cube, pretty bad app

The cube itself is lovely. Buttery smooth, really lovely feel. The QiYi app is pretty good if you already know what you’re doing and what you’re working on, but there’s no guidance at all. Being able to see the timer splits on your solves is useful if you need to know where to focus your training, and being able to see your solves turn-by-turn is good.

4 stars because they promise things that don’t exist like games and “AI coaching”. It’s a great cube though, very happy with it.

like the app. disappointed with the cube but…

i have a Tornado v3 and love the responsiveness plus magnets to confidently turn and know the cube will follow your commands. this V4 doesn’t have the same level of definition. it has slowed me down as i need to be careful how i turn the cube. i’m not a fast cuber and there are people who get amazing (to me) times with this cube so bear that in mind. this cube is on a par with a midrange Gan smart cube.

Zit er garantie op?

Als uw product beschadigd of kapot aankomt, vervangen wij de beschadigde onderdelen. Dat is onze belofte!

Wat gebeurt er als ik het niet leuk vind?

Zolang u het ons onmiddellijk laat weten en de instellingen/spanningen niet hebt aangepast of de kubus niet hebt gesmeerd, accepteren wij retourzendingen. Er wordt 15% herbevoorradingskosten in rekening gebracht, aangezien we het niet langer als nieuw kunnen doorverkopen.

Hoe snel is de verzending?

Zeer snel. Test ons. Als u voor 15.00 uur bestelt, verzenden wij nog dezelfde dag (maandag t/m vrijdag) of om 9.00 uur op zaterdag.

Wat is het retourbeleid?

U hebt 14 dagen de tijd om alles wat u heeft gekocht te retourneren, mits het compleet en ongebruikt is 😃
