Wij hanteren een restitutiebeleid van 14 dagen indien u van gedachten verandert over uw nieuwe kubus.

Alle retouren dienen in hun originele verpakking te zijn en mogen niet zijn ingesteld/aangepast/gesmeerd terwijl ze in uw bezit waren.

Als uw kubus beschadigd of kapot aankomt, vergoeden wij de kosten van eventuele nieuwe onderdelen (niet een hele nieuwe kubus). Als u niet zeker weet hoe u uw vervangende onderdelen moet plaatsen, kunnen wij foto's en videogidsen hiervoor verstrekken. Als u dit niet aandurft, bieden wij een betaalde herbouwdienst aan.

Pops & Explosions kunnen ook al bij uw eerste oplossing gebeuren. We adviseren om een paar testbewegingen uit te voeren om er zeker van te zijn dat alles in orde is voordat u volledig Max Park op uw kubus gaat. We bieden betaalde herbouwdiensten aan als u zich niet zeker voelt over het herbouwen van een kubus. Pops & Explosions vallen NIET onder de garantie

This is a amazing product original I planned on getting a different one however it was out of stock so I thought why not try this one and it was the best decision I could of made

Not as good as my qiyi clock

Dissapointing

I heard a lot of good things about this clock, and none of them were true in my case.

1. This cube is supposed to be better than Qiyi clocks OOTB. This was not true. My clock was (and still is) super slow and gummy, even after lubing.

2. After 5 minutes of setup, it can be comparable to professionally set up Qiyi clocks. However, I set up mine meticulously for 30 mins, and isn't anywhere as good as my main clock, which I spent 15 mins setting up.

Overall, I am still hoping that this is a defective cube, because I want to believe it is as good as people say. If anyone at KewbzUK has any info on this, I would love to know. Maybe it's just not my style, but I am still holding out hope.

Als uw product beschadigd of kapot aankomt, vergoeden wij alle beschadigde onderdelen. Dat is onze belofte!

Wat gebeurt er als ik het niet leuk vind?

Zolang u ons dit onmiddellijk laat weten en de instellingen/spanningen niet hebt aangepast of de kubus hebt gesmeerd, accepteren wij retouren. Er worden 15% herbevoorradingskosten in rekening gebracht, omdat we het product niet meer als nieuw kunnen verkopen.

Hoe snel is de verzending?

Zeer snel. Test ons. Als u voor 15.00 uur bestelt, verzenden wij dezelfde dag (maandag t/m vrijdag) of zaterdags om 9.00 uur.

Wat is het retourbeleid?

Je hebt 14 dagen de tijd om alles wat je hebt gekocht te retourneren, mits het compleet is en niet gebruikt 😃
